These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of nofara.shop (the "Site") and to any purchase you make from Nofara ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order. We currently sell and deliver to customers in the United Kingdom only.

3. Products

We sell crochet cotton home and accessory products. We make every effort to show product colours, sizes and details accurately. Because our items are made from cotton yarn, small variations in colour, size and texture may occur, and colours may look slightly different depending on your screen.

4. Prices and payment

  • All prices are shown in GBP (£).
  • The price you pay is the price shown at checkout. Shipping within the UK is free.
  • Payment is taken securely through PayPal at the time of your order.
  • If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we will contact you before dispatch and give you the option to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

5. Orders and contract

After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms we have received your order; it does not mean it has been accepted. A contract between you and us is formed when we dispatch your order and send you a shipping confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, if an item is out of stock or we suspect fraud). If we do, we will refund you in full.

6. Shipping

We offer free delivery to UK addresses, with an estimated total delivery time of 3–5 business days. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

7. Returns, refunds and cancellations

You can return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, with a free return label and no restocking fee. We do not offer exchanges. Full details are in our Refund & Returns Policy. These rights are in addition to your statutory rights, including your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

8. Product care

Please follow the care instructions provided with each product. We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper washing or normal wear and tear.

9. Use of the Site

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its security or operation, or to copy, reproduce or resell any part of it without our written permission.

10. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to Nofara or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

11. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot be limited or excluded under UK law, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Otherwise, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, or for any business losses. Our total liability for any order is limited to the price you paid for it.

13. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as carrier disruption, severe weather or strikes. If this happens, we will contact you and do our best to minimise the effect.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force when you place your order will apply to that order.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the UK where you live.
